Like crap no job no money have a tooth filling that fell out of my tooth a month or so ago hurting like he'll as I type and my girlfriends family is offering to pay and my family is grateful bit feels like shit that they can't do anything and I'm a 25yo loser with no high school diploma and feeling like I have no other options
